Uvula is this thing hanging in the back of your mouth:
Now, the uvulectomy is "surgical reduction or removal of uvula"
Now, as Hamza said, we should mew with the back of our tongue sitting on the top of our mouth.
This becomes hard after a few days due to effects on uvula.
