No filler migration issues. 100% permanent and no fat duck lips.

A V-Y mucosal advancement of the lip is a surgical procedure that involves making a V-shaped incision on the inside of the upper or lower lips, and then, pulling and suturing them together. As the V-shaped incision is closed from one end with stitches, it takes on the shape of a Y. This mucosal reshaping results in plumper lips without the use of dermal fillers. This safe outpatient procedure is popular for candidates with thin or drooping lips.

The doctor ties the muscles under the philtrum and this leads to the red part of the lips showing more and therefore, getting bigger. It can be done on the bottom and the upper lips.

Not seen a male before after yet but you get the point.

Cons:
- 2-3 months healing. It's usually 10 days but you gain full function of lips not being numb after 2-3 months.

Risks:
- V-Y mucosal lip advancement may include deformity, unanticipated lengthening of the lip, unanticipated separation of the mucosa from the muscle causing an animation deformity, scarring, asymmetry, and numbness.

This would have been perfect if it also made philtrum smaller because it doesn't leave any scars but it's only for lips :(
