Im right now at vacation in all inclusive hotel, food is very tasty here but I was cutting all June and don't wanna to lose progress during my vacation though I walk and swima lot here, regularly 20k steps and 1-2 hours of swimming and sunbathing, how to stay on cut or minimize fat gain during vacation and what food should I eat? I think that ray peats diet is the best option cuz there are a lot of natural and tropical fruits, I eat 2-3 desserts a day wanna replace them with fruits or ice cream atleast
