Is it valid to do sprinting and raise calcium intake right after (topped off with weight lifting and 8hrs of sleep at night)
Sprinting is shown to increase HGH;Testosterone and insulin sensitivity naturally so by that logic if you're still in puberty you should be able to
use that hormonal release from exercise to your advantage right? Especially if you combine it with consistent weight lifting, a good diet and optimized sleep.
