I just did basic stuff bro I got in the gym and I worked on my frame then I went on a calorie deficit. I started eating a natural Whole Foods diet and that helped clear my face up a little. I also used ghkcu for scars and fine lines. And for my hair I just grew it out and I started to take care of it.
