I took 6mg and it didn’t really do much tbh

6mg is not a huge dose. Valium is also fairly nuanced in its effects. 7.5-10mg for a moderate anxiolytic/relaxational dose.

I don’t suggest using any benzodiazepines recreationally though as they will lead you down a dark path.

Wondering if Xanax or Ativan better? My Aunty has an unlimited supply of shit at her house anyways because my grandad (who still has brutal ptsd), uncle, and cousin (who takes over a gram of combined antipsychotics, antidepressants and anti-anxiety meds) all take shit for mental. Shit runs so deep in my family man, my mum also had PPP and anxiety and my sister has BPD
