A doc just gave me the smallest dose of 2mg because i had major anxiety tremors and wild thoughts from spending time in the hospital for 10 days with not seeing the outside. It basically erased every bad thought and i feel very calm right now, no bad thoughts are present. This is a very good thing tbh ngl
