Nicotine lowers t in some studies

Breathing in any vape being nic or weed or dht or whatever tf over the span of 6+ months will eventually dry your lungs and nose and skin out and make your hair fucked up and can potentially cause gum recession. But it’s not really that bad in the short term

Never too late to stop. I quit vaping weed after many years and my hair and skin is nearly perfect rn. The effects arent rlly permanent it’s just heavy dryness and shit. People I know have quit nic and had good results but I can’t give any advice on that
