Tommorow marks one week without vaping. I was chronically addicted to it for a long time. I threw it away and have been using light snus 4-6x a day when the withdrawals got really bad. I’ve lowered the nicotine in the snus yesterday and will be lowering it every few days until I don’t need it anymore. I’m so happy that I’m so close to the one week mark. I’ve never made it this far before
