Didn’t feel the need to smoke cigs at all, still smoke a joint when i want to relax or sleep better.

Try these NIC pouch or snus maybe imo it's much better than smoking for concentration and longer lasting. Smoking still feels better tho

10mg is a bit much I think. 5 or 6 is about closer to a cigarette as far as intake goes.
