Both are goyslop. You can technically get leaner by using nicotine pouches, healthier alternative to smoking or vaping, like snus because nicotine is an appetite suppressant. But i wouldn't use that, the chances of you getting addicted are probably not worth it doing that too.

Nicotine is no good and the effect of everything else is entirely negative, the vehicles for the nicotine are usually some toxic petroeum based stuff like propylene glycol, with artificial flavorings and its in a heated plastic cartridge, and it all gets heated together releasing even more toxic stuff
