Caffeine can be addictive but it's very cheap and a withdrawal at most causes you to be sleepy for a week or two of not consuming it.

If you smoke cigarettes already, then move to vaping because its way better. if not, then don't buy at all,
you can always buy ejuice without nicotine, but its so easy to start vaping with because majority of ejuices are with nicotine
