Look at the postvasectomypain subreddit. If you manage to get one with no complications then it's a no-brainer, but that isn't guaranteed.

No. Maybe very slight only occasionally discomfort for like a year or two, but then never again. Some high pain the first couple months, hard to walk lol but then it's fine.

If I tell girls sometimes they'll jump on before I put on a condom, or throw it off if it's starting to slip off. I guess that's a complication, but I never caught anything (I got checked) and you could always not tell girls to have more justification for wearing protection.

I asked about it. A doctor said that many people have pain for the rest of their lives, so it all just depends. Well worth the risk, because the pain of child support would be much greater imho.
