Vaseline on top of Moisturizer?

I use moisturizer after applying Tret and then use Vaseline after. Can I still use vaseline on days I don't use Tret?

Yea but only if your skin gets super irritated or else it may cause clogged pores

Use it even on off days, use vaseline infact everyday. The slugging method originally didnt include tretinoin, but it works that way too, moisturizer and vaseline, in fact u can also do it twice a day if u feel like it, if for example u feel dry in the morning u can apply moisturizer and vaseline. No need to wash it off. Just cleanse before bed.

Seeing massive results with 0.1% the slugging helped a lot with dry skin sides. I’m using it EOD. Can’t use it ED bc that seems to increase flaking. Using hyaluronic acid moisturizer on days off as well as adding collagen peptides to protein shakes.

Do you use a sunscreen even if the UV range is low or your inside?

i have my room completely darkened out of sunlight, so i dont use sunscreen at the moment, i live in Norway so the sun is down at 15:00. i will eventually use sunscreen when necessary, and i already do it when the sun is up and im going outside, spf50 as always.
