I just put some Vaseline on my upper eyelids and then squinted, uee drastically reduced, it’s like the same as honey but more doable for me, try it out if u wanna reduce a lil your exposure

Only if you blink aggressively, I tried for like 20 minutes like an autistic and even if u blink aggressively once you open your eyes at the fullest the vaseline gonna stick your ue another time
