If you want an actual answer it’s petroleum jelly , it contains no actual petroleum and is safe long term. It’s simply a by product, don’t stress this much

I doubt it but if you use it on eyebrows than remember to wash it off before going to sleep otherwise some eyebrow hair might shed.
