Vaser lipo for more sunken cheeks

I know I need a hair transplant. However I also want a leaner face. I'm already at 15% body fat and I really don't want to become a fitness junkie just to get a leaner face. The good news is I can use laser lipo to remove the chin fat, and cheek implants for more definition, however I would also like to add more definition to my lower cheeks (the sunken look).
The results I've seen from buccal fat removal seem underwhelming.
Could vaser lipo help with this?

These are Vaser lipo results, looks like the highest they will go is the lip to bottom of ear line. Seems that it works great for submental/jawline, but minimal results above those areas
