When it's Arabid, the nose is more high pitched, or elegantly curved. The eyes are almond and open. The smile pulls behind the nose when they smile.

When it's Armenoid. The eyes are beady and obviously hooked.

Not all Jews are Armenoid though.

His eyes are the biggest giveaway. Semitic eyes are larger and more "open". European eyes are different.
