To be honest, I don’t get the point in what he is better, since the only thing that ian has is his lower third, but Stepanov has a philtrum to chin 3.0 ratoi, and his three is not ideal only because Stepanov has 40% of the lower third, and in motion I think Vasily is also better, and in the end you need to understand the difference between their dimensions, in real life Ian would seem like a child next to Stepanov
