Vasomotor-Rhinitis-Cel, diagnosed with corticosteroids which are prone to estrogen and bone mass thinning, please give natural or better alternatives

Basically i have had vasomotor rhinitis, crhonic sinusitis and deviated septum for two years now, i have tried some medications but none worked, i have never tried corticosteroids and probably wont because of the obvious subhuman side effects
If there is any other Rhinitis cel here please share your thought and how would you fix this
I know surgery and im looking forward to getting it, im getting a complete turbinectomy but the most effective are vidian and posterior nasal neurectomy, getting all three surgeries done would be ideal and would probably solve all the rhinitis problems.
