vbeam laser while on accutane?

has anyone gotten vbeam laser treatment for redness or something similar while on accutane? I'm on 20 mg per day and don't get any pimples anymore but I have visible blood vessals from scaring and want to get vbeam to remove them without having to wait another 8 months to finish my accutane course

I’m planning on it but haven’t yet. Don’t really see downsides especially on that dose
