Im currently on low fat diet because of a cut im doing and my libido has gone to shit, anxiety has increased. Can't wait to bulk

Its combined, low fat decreases libido, doing a cut does as well, i barely eat 35g of fat.

Will see if its from the caloric restrictions or fat, im going to be consuming only 100g of fat on my bulk, the rest is 400g of carbs and 170g of protein

Eating low fat when you have damaged arteries and various heart problems makes the disease better or halts it, but fat doesn't cause the damage in the first place.

For example if you get something like IBD and you become lactose intolerant or can't handle fiber, eating lentils and fiber will cause you to shit blood, but that doesn't mean that they caused the disease in the first place, its just that your digestive organ system can't handle normal things now, and you get much better if you don't do them.

Causation =/ correlation

Fat causes zero problems in normal arteries because cell walls are intact, and fat gets transported normally through the blood plasma into tissue for various functions. If you have some artery disease for example or just damaged arteries from old age that could be related to high blood pressure your whole life, stress, non activity, then not eating fat will let the wounds heal

why is it that I just don't feel satiated when I eat high carb meals without any animal fats? this is the main reason I keep eating cheese and fish mainly.

eating high carb meals makes me bloated and full, but not satiated.

In the past i always boosted how i could easily lose weight because my appetite was shit, but now im struggling to lose weight even when eating 2100 calories everyday. Why? Well i discovered the reason for it being that i used to drink at least 1L of milk every day back then and milk would satiate my body from all the fat. Now that i can't digest milk and eat low fat and high carb i never get satiated, i always feel hungry
