most meat should do but muscle meat is usually to be avoided, you wouldn't eat it in nature it's to tough and lacks fat.

nutrients aren't fully understood, you can grow up to be a mogger even when lacking most micronutrients so you don't need to be that striked, most primals just eat raw butter and mince meat everyday bc it's very cheap
