Vegans are right on a basic level

meat eaters get insecure and defensive in a vegan's mere presence because they know that they simply do not care about animals being tortured for food as opposed to vegans who do care. vegans legitimately are morally superior to meat eaters and the meat eaters have no argument other than perhaps that a 100% vegan diet isn't necessarily really feasible from a health and nutrition standpoint. but then again, the average person doesn't give two shits about health and nutrition, so that argument is just a facade too in the majority of cases.

if i encountered a group of vegan protesters or whatever shitting on me for eating meat, i wouldn't even get mad or anything. i'd just say "yea you guys are right" and accept the L.

Yeah, I agree with you, and always have found it funny to see meat eaters get so angry at vegans for speaking out about the legitimate animal cruelty that comes from slaughterhouses. If someone is vegan, and an outspoken vegan at that, I support it, because I agree with their sentiment.

i also eat meat because the earth is a cruel, dark place and people (including me) are evil and wicked. but once we have legit affordable lab grown meat, i'll switch over to that.

individual choices don't make any difference when the human population expands so quickly that the total consumption is guaranteed to never actually go down, every steak you don't eat is shipped elsewhere and still eaten by someone else.
