You probably grew taller because you hit puberty. Correlation≠causation. I promise you, you will not get shorter by eating vegetables. They are good for you

my brother was a vegetarian he grew 6'3 and hes 17 rn my dad is 5'8 or 5'9 and my mom is 5'4 im turing 15 soon and im almost 5'10 i will also ascend to 6'3 will start eating meat also tho, not sure if vegetablet really stop ur growth ofc meat diet maybe better but getting ur calcium is more important, my brother dint get tht also he ate a carb diet atp
