Added sugar is the same as natural so just because it exists in fruit, does not make it good for you. If fruit is good for you, it's in spite of the sugar.

It's relative, all fruit is better for you than chocolate. They all have nutrients etc.. but whether a fruit is good for you should be weighed up against its sugar content (which is not good for you)
