Vegetables or grains being healthy are a meme at this point.

Vegetables have:

Oxalates
Lectins
Phytates
Goitrogens
Saponins
Tannins
Protease inhibitors
Salicylates

Grains:

Phytates
Lectins
Gluten
Gliadin
Wheat germ agglutinin
Protease inhibitors
Tannins
Saponins

Chemical/agricultural contaminants:

Glyphosate
AMPA
Atrazine
Chlorpyrifos
Neonicotinoids
Fungicides
Herbicide surfactants
Heavy metals
Mold toxins

Arsenic (in rice, especially brown rice)
Acrylamide (in fried and roasted foods, like potatoes)
Mycotoxins (toxins produced by mold, found in grains, nuts, and dried fruits)
Lead (in some fruits and vegetables, depending on soil contamination)
Cadmium (in leafy greens, especially spinach and other high-calcium plants)
Mercury (can accumulate in some plants, though more common in seafood)
Pesticide residues (in non-organic produce)
Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) (found in soil and water, may contaminate crops grown in those areas)
Bisphenol A (BPA) (in canned vegetables and beans)
Furan (in processed foods, including grains and cereals)

Nope, I eat takis hot Cheetos Taco Bell and Burger King and soda only

If it’s naturally occurring in nature I run from it and find peace in factory made foods

if you eat shit that tastes like ass it’s just natural selection tbh brutal iqpill
tastes like ass for a reason
we should only eat meat, fruit and dairy
only vegetables that save themselves are sweet potatoes and carrots (they’re also good for coloring and eyesight, eat them!!)

Genuinely looks like slave food from the soviets where people were poor as fuck and couldn't afford meat.
