Not anything specific or organized but I eat a lot of meat, vegetables, fruits and soup, basically very balanced
what about liquids or do you only drink water
Lots of water and tea, I also drink soda but not a lot and I rarely drink alcohol
And also lots of milk
that's good, but i make sure to drink full fat (3,7%)
low fat milk and semi skimmed 1,8% fat milk is worse
