most of my diet consists of meat/animal products. if i add fermented vegetables like sauerkraut and kimchi, and some stuff like zucchini, squash, carrots, sweet potato’s, and some steamed broccoli, is that bad? is it ideal to only eat meat and eat it raw? i still cook my meat.
