fibre is not what its said to be. its just the same as rocks in a birds stomach to help it grind food. if you eat the food you were meant to (meat) and also eat good fruits and nuts then you will have no need for fibre
Beta carotene is godtier.

Cruciferous vegetables are legit af.

I got on a diet eating loads of cruciferous vegetables. In one month my skin looks better and i stopped getting spots, I didn't have to stay on the toilet for 30 minutes because of constipation from too much protein.

But when I stopped it because I got lazy, after 1 week I started getting spots and being constipated again.

The older I get the more I realise how important it is to have a good shit.

Yeah I went on a high fat/high protein diet and ended up constipated, started eating kale and broccoli that shit cleared up.

I agree with you that we get a lot of nutrient from animals but you would have to eat organs like liver, kidneys etc. and most the time they taste like shit, would rather eat vegetables to get the nutrient.

Well cod liver oil is more supplementing than eating. Try swallowing pure cod liver oil, taste like shit, smells like shit. Your breathe smells like shit for the next 2 days. Also getting fresh oysters is expensive (depending on where you live of course). Most animal organs taste worst than vegetables too even when cooked properly.

i agree about animal organs tasting like shit. i ate some liver a while ago and it tasted like pure piss.
cod liver oil still gives you vitamin a in the amount you need in a superior form than in vegetables.

i like the taste .
