Veinmaxxing
Something that is often overlooked is vascularity. Obviously you can be a skinny twink and you would have veins, but this is not what I’m talking about. The right amount of muscle when paired with veins, particularly the bicep veins, is a combination that foids cannot resist.
Here’s the key
If you’re skinny and look like a twig, get off here pick up the fork and come back when you have some mass. For those that already have decent size but no veins here’s what you need to do. Get in a caloric deficit, utilize Reta or roids if you have to we’ll get into that in a different thread, shoot for a pound decrease a week on the scale. Depending on your starting point, within a couple months you should begin noticing increased vascularity and veins you’ve never seen before. Do this till you begin noticing quad veins, this is typically a good sign you’ve reached the ideal body fat. Don’t go too far because then you’ll feel small and lose mass, stopping and maintaining at the right body fat percentage is crucial and for me quad vein visibility has always been the sign. In this process you may lose some muscle, but the vein visibility you gain will make you look like you packed on muscle. The contrast and look the veins add will make your physique come together and you will be much happier with what you see in the mirror. If you two individuals with similar builds, however one veinmaxxed and the other terrible vascularity the veinmaxxed individual will look better 10/10.Amplifying vascularity
Increased blood flow is what makes veins really pop and show once your lean enough. So let’s breakdown ways to achieve this to make your veins pop the most. First, the obvious one is working out, now thing compares to hitting a lift getting a pump and veins protruding all over your body. Next, simple cardio or going on a run will increase heart rate and increase blood flow throughout the body. Increasing body temperature, being outside when it’s hot or in a sauna will increase veins for the time being. Those are all pretty obvious so let’s dive into the other side. Tadalifil, whether it’s daily low dose or taken occasionally at high dosage tadalifil is a vasodilator meaning it widens blood vessels decreases vascular resistance and increases blood flow which all leads to increased vein visibility. The next thing is roids, taking roids will also increase vascularity largely(will get into roids deeper in a later thread).
