So today I ate again aaaaand I feel like shit again (as everysingle time I eat something) didnt even eat that much like 2 meals that consisted of chicked and some salad. I think I’m gonna go make myself puke after I finish writing this post. Anyways why is she giving me so many diffrent signals lads?? Like one day we’re cuddling and it’s great and the other day she barely talks to me or is dry etc. What the actual fuck am I supposed to do with that?????

It’s a sort of last resort. I’ve decided a few months back that I either lose the weight or I blow my shit smooth off and it worked I lost like 25kgs but eating like shit still sticks with me

I was trying to lose it the normal way by working out, eating healthy but instead of losing I went up to 92kgs XD

I’m now at 73kgs hopefully 72/71 by now (didn’t weigh for like a week) once I get to idk maybe 65 I’ll try some methods
