i understand vepugratinib is very new and hard to access, and i'm not expecting instant answers from this post. but if anyone has any idea of where it would be sold(indiamart, etc) please lmk i'm very interested in buying it

The relative selectivity is better but the potency against other fgfrs is as well, so the inhibition of fgfr 1 and 2 are higher even though relative selectivity is better

with this information would it be less risky to take vepu or tyra300? im not sure the risk to reward ratio
