it's suited to manlets with short spines and legs.

Yes, it's a complete waste of time and it's one of the worst as far as injuries. Avoid it and do some machine back extensions instead.

No, they don't. Another incel exercise. Just go to one of those gyms with a pin-loaded leg press and do one high rep set once a week, maybe throw in some quad extensions and hamstring curls. Anything else is inceldom.

squat requires technique too, so imo its way more fun than just using machines

training calisthenics skills mog too, adding shit like l-sits, v-sits & muscle ups to your repertoire is a more engaging way to progress than just hitting prs in the common coumpounds like bench press and deadlift, at least for me anyway. my ultimate goal is to learn some type of handstand press, looks cool asf.

deadlift is cope until you have to lift piles of rubble to save your kids

I remember reading somewhere that free weights mog machines because they activate the stabilizer muscles or whatever. I've been gymaxxing for like 6-7 months and have only done free weights but the main reason I continue to do big compound lifts with free weights is because I got quite strong at those lifts and I feel like it would be waste if I stop doing them.

There's no such thing as a "stabilizer muscle". The lats help stabilize the bench press but so what? It's not a lat exercise, it won't build big lats, and they will also provide stability to some extent when doing a machine press. The stabilizer thing is generally just retarded broscience. There is NO such thing as special "muh stabilizerz" that get worked out exclusively when doing free weights but not when using machines. There's a reason Jay Cutler is in good health while Ronnie Coleman destroyed his body, and why IFBB pros do high reps on machines - it's for their health and longevity.

Women love glutes, and overdeveloped calves are very aesthetic but most people don’t realise it.

Cope, women love strong glutes + it makes you better at sex.

Deadlifts are great, they make your neck look more jacked & grow your traps & upper back well, plus glutes which are v important. Just do them like a bodybuilder not a powerlifter.

Thoughts on romanian deadlifts

Thoughts on romanian deadlifts
Really good exercise. I think everyone should be doing either Romanian or Stiff legged deadlifts if they’re interested in improving their physique. I personally prefer stiff legs I think they’re easier to progress/overload and maintain form.

This is a interesting topic in my opinion , From personal experience deadlift's are great for building functional strength and has many neuron benefit's (mainly fast twitch fibre's but you get the point) however when done improperly they seriously can put a toll on your body specifically your lower back/veterbrate and can make you second guess whether the excerise is great or not. Deadlift's are not just any other excerise where you can abuse it with improper form like the bench press, It take's time and effort to master the form before you start to really add weight to the bar slowly and progressively if your a natural lifter i assume. It's risk to reward ratio is bad if you decide to keep increasing the weight after a certain point (2.5x bodyweight +) but deadlifting at 2x bodyweight is sufficent enough and good for strength.

I would say that deadlifting is good and beneficial for mostly long armed, short torso and long legged build's since the deadlift is very taxing on torsocel puller's, or t-rex puller's but if you do have long arm's, long femur's and a short torso you shouldn't be having a bad time with the deadlift as your lockout position is so low that it's impossible to not fail heavy load's on the deadlift for those with great leverage's to lift the weight.

Incorrect jfl. the shorter the person is the more torque force they need to pull. Taller = will alway's be better for convetional deadlift's.

u can be strong by fightmaxxing rather than raw power
Raw power still is vitaly important in a fight. Raw power is like a mutlipier in your chance's of defeating a person whether untrained or not in martial art's or combat sport.

most powerlifters are fat, not conditioned , have bad mobility, etc they arent that good in a fight
