Vertical genioplasty results?

What kind of results can I expect from doing vertical genio? Is this surgery even worth time?

I found a lot of good results regarding anterior genioplasty, aka. sliding genioplasty, yet I've found just a few results of it being performed. The ones I've seen, though, do look nice, yet people are always unsure if it was vertical genio alone or if it was something else in combination with it.
