Failed as in the doctor didn’t want to? You could look for more blackpilled doctors. Tads are temporary anchorage devices installed on the gums, provides the anchorage necessary for the facemask (pictured) to pull on it

The expander is just a means to an end, making the sutures malleable to be influenced by the forces provided through the facemask, and of course providing an anchorage point for the facemask mask to pull on

It’s practically theoretical, even mse/tad + fm by itself is unheard of in non children. Angled downward is theoretically sound, although finding a doctor that would do it would be very difficult if not impossible tbh

Expanders usually drop the midface make it longer and give a more forward position.

yeah learned about it but it usaly cause ccw roation which leads to smaller midface idk you can minize the ccw never knew you can reverse it

No, expanders just by themselfs give CW rotation. Scolopendra is not the best example but you can see how the midface droped.
