Vertically short nose is an unfixable failo?

I will never have good dimorphism because it seems there is no real fix for a vertically short and stubby nose like bwython

It doesnt seem that even maxillary downgraft (neither anterior nor posterior) does anything for it, just stretches the philtrum out? Which isnt the desired outcome.

Because "long midface" isnt really a problem its overly long philtrum

Nasal septum extension grafting also seems to be not good? For achieving taller nose

I mean you can lengthen and probject a nose. Nasal base and ans are fixed.

You build the tib up with cartilage.
Idk how they do it but its a frequent practice.
