Just have an attractive WHR and broad shoulders, but be layered in fat theory.

He looked like an XXY reject because of the fat though, the bone structure was always there.

Tbf 99% of bad frames you see are just due to people being skinnyfat, My frame changed completly after like 3 months

some guys store an ungodly amount of fat in the midsection. I thought i had legit death tier shoulder to hip ratio, klinefelter’s looking bone structure but then I lost 40lbs of fat, looked “normal skinnyfat with abs when flexed in ok lighting”. And am now bulking.

Even a tiny bit of fat distorts your midsection and pelvis. Ideally you build muscle and cut down to the point there is zero fat there.

Some people get liposuction to get rid of stubborn areas

I’d say first cut down as much fat as possible, you don’t have to be shredded but shouldn’t have a huge visible gut, and from there bulk for muscle before cutting off the rest. Going from 30% bodyfat to 15% and then bulking to build muscle before cutting to 12% is far easier than trying to cut from 30% to 12% in one go and then trying to bulk while gaining no additional body fat.
