Very deep set eyes with a nct

My eyes are deep set, but I have a negative canthal tilt, one eye mild and the other one more severe. Good distance between my eyes and a decent eye shape (not round). I also have low set and thick postive eyebrows and good lashes. A bit of scelaral show, but barely noticeable in motion. I also have some hollowness under my eyes, but my sleep is also fucked. What causes this?
