- lose bf percentage idc how little muscle you have
- tan using mt2
Grow eyebrows and dye them
- grow out hair
- Whole Foods diet only no cheat meals
- spam water from when u wake up to dinner
- lash serum

I don’t care how ugly you are right now if you do this you will ascend slightly regardless of genetics
