the only Good thing that will actually grow bones in a appositional way not making them denser is teriparatide, but you can't just pin it and hope for the best you need to put stress on your bones so it grows in a appositional way but be carful for osteopetrosis, that's when bones get to thick (dense) and become to heavy and fragile for the human body, teriparatide aka PTH1-34 is an parathyroid hormone counter attacker mostly used in women in their late 50s because their parathyroid secretes an high amount of endocrine hormone directly to the blood stream to the bones outer receptors bc endocrine hormones can't enter inside the cell there not intercellular unlike steroids, and tells the receptors "we need some calcium in the blood" but it over does it which could lead to kidney stones bc excess Calcium in the blood stream leads to kidney stones bc ofc blood is filtered in the kidneys.
