if ur a noob you can just get their general location (city) but if you can socially engineer you can just get the ISP to give the adress to you from there. some people with deeper voices call up the ISP and pretend to be the FBI tell them theres a dangerous person and we need the adress of this IP, but idk if thats still a thing
