note: This might sound water to some of you because it is
but mostly, people don't listen to even the most basic advice unless given a real example, and so
I've decided to share my story.
PART ONE: BEFORE ASCENDING

I've decided to share my story.
PART ONE: BEFORE ASCENDING
Before I ever tried to ever ascend in any way, I was a huge loser.
Now, you might feel like you are also a loser, or have been, but you are
most likely only a loser if a few ways, or are a loser because of conditions: (for example:
fat because your parents cooked you bullshit all your life)
I, on the other hand, was a loser in every single way.
> 205 lbs , at what I think was between 5 8.5/5 9 at the time (mostly a guess since currently im 5 10)
> Spent the whole day gaming. I mean the whole day. As in if I was not at school
I was gaming. In summer id wake up at 6 am, shower and eat till like 8 am , and from 8 am to around till 10-11 pm
id be gaming)
> Hated my classmates at the time for NO FUCKING reason (tried to stab a guy with something sharp
randomly in class)
> Was the kind of kid who would say "Im not doing that, its cringe ("that" being a very simple
and fun activity"
> 0 friends
PART TWO: ASCENDING
I decided to ascend on a random day looking in the mirror.
Nothing more nothing less.
. After the first year of highschool:
> 140 pounds ( around what I think was a 18-20% bf at the time)
> First ever friend group
> Spent some time outside daily
> Started making some money online (think around 30-40$ weekly, which if I lived in the us would
have been like making 100-150$ weekly with around barely 1 hour of work daily)
LIFE WAS AMAZING. EVERY DAY WAS AWESOME.
PART THREE: FUCKING UP
I took a break. "Its just 3 weeks" "Nothing will happen"
Have not been like that ever again since.
At that time, before the break, I was constantly doing 2-3 hours of workouts mixed
with cardio DAILY, not missing a day. Since than, 1 hr feels like a task (mostly cardio, I can still life
for 2-3 hours easily)
Ever since, I have been simply surviving.
The only thing I manage is to not become fat again, and
to not go "over the edge" when it comes to how degenerate I am.
Because of the fact that I ascended before, YOUR way of ascending
feels like 30% of maintenance to me, and so nowadays I am unable
to motivate myself because my old self was so much better.
ASCENDING IS IMPORTANT, BUT KEEPING GOING
IS AS, OR EVEN MORE IMPORTANT
