I want to do exercises at home ( specifically in my bedroom ) to burn fat but I can’t use my legs due to my ankle being injured. Do sit-ups suffice? Is there anything else I can do?

I’ve been doing that but I wanna do something extra. And exam season is coming up so 90% of the time I’m either procrastinating or studying, limiting my time so I can’t walk as much as I want to.
