I need something to enjoy for leanmaxxing since I’m incel I can’t dont enjoy anything other than food. And restrticitng that makes me suffer throughout the day

Honey and milk are high cal blud
1 glasss milk,4-5 spoon oat and 1 banana. Its around 400-500 calorie and it also contain protein.

Just eat 2-3 whole meals a day with a deficity, why do you need snacks?

Agree on that tbh.

When I was Fatcel and lost alot of weight I did 2 meals per day and nothing in between its just hard to get used to it.

The bigger problem with snacking is most of the times you cant stop and overeat.

I just eat a fckton of skyr, like one 800g pot per day. That shit has like 450cal total and it's like 80g of prot. It has less cal than what 1L of orange juice has.
 
coffee, tea, la croix carbonated water, kimchi, baby carrots, celery
 
once you eat healthy and start eating a lot of fruits veggies (i don't eat that many veggies tbh) and decent meat it's 30x easier to leanmaxx and fruit actually taste really good and i mean you can eat a lot of it so

how spread out are your sittings? I ate around a third of a tub in one go and got acid reflux because of shit genetics
 
I eat 1/3 at a time, you get roughly 30g of prot anyways.
