how spread out are your sittings? I ate around a third of a tub in one go and got acid reflux because of shit geneticsI just eat a fckton of skyr, like one 800g pot per day. That shit has like 450cal total and it's like 80g of prot. It has less cal than what 1L of orange juice has.
