Very round feminin eyes, what surgery could change it?

I have very round eyes. They look slightly femini! What surgery do I need. I am not a fan of silicon implants because of bone absortion and other stuf. I thought on almond eye surgery but I dont know any surgeon who does that (live in Germany) and implants around the eyes dont know the name
