very severe excezma on my eyebrows is making me lose eyebrow hairs

I have had excezma pretty much my whole life but it went stagnant but all of a sudden since like last year i've been having the worst excezma of my life and now it's affecting my eyebrows
I'm losing hair at a rapid pace (I already lost most of the hairs on the lower edge of my eyebrow)
What do I do please? I'm so desperate, my eyebrows are so itchy constantly and mosturizer doesn't help and just triggers it and makes it worse
(If it helps I'm iron deficent and vitamin d deficent)

I'm working on fixing my vitamin defencies but is there anything I can do short term to stop the loss + the itching?
