When my jaw is fully "relaxed", its recessed, and I have a huge mentalis strain as a result of a too tall chin.

Maybe its not really a recession as much as it is a bad rotation of the jaws.

Either way, I can hide my mentalis strain completely by keeping my frontal teeth touching at all times.

That said, when I do that, my jaw is actually too short.

If I perform CCW bimax, would my chin be tall enough (because it is in a relaxed state) or would it be too short (because it is when I make my teeth touch)?

Also, is it possible to somehow make my chin taller at the same time as making my jaw shorter due to CCW bimax?

This result here is similar to mine:

Would it be possible to do vertical genio after a rotation similar to this one or would it screw my mentalis muscle again?

@RealSurgerymax

it takes a while for your face to adjust to your teeth posture.

you can settle for a halfway position in which your teeth only touch a little, but aren't entirely shut.

You mean after bimax?
