How do I lose 0.5 kgs of weight (mainly fat) in 2 days?
 
• Cut carbs (50–100g/day)
• Eat high protein
• Walk 12–15k steps
• Avoid salty/processed food
• Sleep 8-10 hours
You’d need an extreme calorie deficit (~3,500–4,000 kcal total), which isn’t realistic so it anit really possible
